Here are some expert predictions of who the Giants will choose with the 15th overall pick of the 2010 NFL Draft coming in April.
Note: These mock drafts are bound to change as we get closer to draft day. (I’ll keep updating and adding as we go along)
ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr. – Carlos Dunlap, DE, Florida
Sports Illustrated’s Don Banks – Jason Pierre-Paul, DE, USF
NFL.com’s Bucky Brooks – Brandon Spikes, ILB, Florida
CBS Sports’ Rob Rang – Sergio Kindle, OLB, Texas
CBS Sports’ Chad Reuter – Rolando McClain, LB, Alabama
Fox Sports’ Peter Schrager- Taylor Mays, S, USC
NBC Sports’ Evan Silva – Taylor Mays, S, USC

Pretty clear all these guys believe it’s going to be a defensive player. I don’t know anything about these college players but I’m hoping for Coughlin’s sake he has a significant impact and improves our overall defense.
I hope so too. The Giants need some new, young blood on defense and I feel like anybody with that 15th pick will be able to help. I’m high on Brandon Spikes. I’ve watched a lot of Florida games and the guy is a beast at MLB. Antonio Pierce is starting to get old too.
would like to see them get help at secondary. this kid Mays from USC would be good fit or a cornerback like Robinson from Florida st.
Yes I’d like to see them get someone on defense and they are in desperate need of help at safety. Mays would be a very good fit at 15.
Safety would be the biggest need…the defense will be fine with Perry as the D-cord. I think that Jacobs needs to be replaced…someone like Jahvid Best from Cali would be a great fit.Middle linebacker also a need. Need to start Sintim next year..hes ready. beef up the corners too. So safety and Running is what im hoping for. dont hope for a big free agent pick up…they hardly ever do.
